School Rules & Regulations

  1. Students must come to school in proper school uniform. Uniform is compulsory at all school functions, parent-teacher meetings, and any visit made during working hours.
  2. Students must be punctual. Reporting time is five minutes before the first bell. Entry will not be permitted after this time.
  3. At the first bell, students must proceed to the assembly area in silence. Assembly begins at the second bell.
  4. Changing of rooms between periods must be done quietly and in an orderly manner.
  5. All students should be clean and neatly dressed.
  6. Conversation in English is mandatory within the school premises.
  7. Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without prior approval from the Principal and only in emergencies.
  8. Visitors are not allowed during school hours. Lunch or tiffin boxes will not be delivered under any circumstances.
  9. Students must not carry objectionable literature or material to school.
  10. Cell phones and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited within the school premises.
  11. Mehndi, jewellery, and expensive watches are not permitted.
  12. School property must be respected. Damage or defacement will be treated as a serious breach of discipline.
  13. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory during the academic year. Leave must be sanctioned in advance.
  14. Absence due to illness or emergency must be informed to the school the next day.
  15. For illness exceeding three days, a medical certificate is required.
  16. Students with contagious diseases are not permitted to attend school until fully recovered.
  17. Absence exceeding five days without sanction may result in removal from school rolls.
  18. Disobedience or disrespect towards teachers may lead to dismissal.
  19. Parent attendance at all Parent-Teacher Meetings is mandatory.

Rules for Leave:

  1. Regular attendance is expected from every student.
  2. Leave applications must be submitted the next day after absence.
  3. Board examination guidelines regarding attendance will be strictly followed.
  4. Unexplained absence exceeding five days in a month may result in removal from rolls.
  5. Re-admission is at the discretion of the Principal.
  6. Re-admission charges must be paid at the time of rejoining.
  7. Half-day or short leave is not permitted.
